Prime Ministers is a ministry to the senior adults (50+)
in the church. It is the seniors’ segment of LIFE Group
ministry. This group meets once a month for food,
fellowship, and spiritual enrichment.
Monthly Correspondence
A pastoral letter is sent each month to the Prime
Ministers. It includes a word of encouragement, a
reminder of the month’s planned gathering, and a
prayer calendar to be used as a guide in praying for
one another.
Sunday Potluck Dinners
This is the typical venue for most of the Prime Minister
gatherings. Meeting after church, the food and
fellowship are always great!
Hobo Soup Night
This an annual event, usually held at the Haworth’s
home in Shakopee on a Saturday late afternoon in Sept. Each person brings 1 or 2 cans of unlabeled vegetables to be combined in a single pot with a meat base.
Thanksgiving Dinner and Christmas Brunch
Both annual events including large meals, carols and
stories.
