Discipleship
Here at the Mount we believe in building people, not
just ministries. Our Adult Discipleship is based on the
“We Build People” model, emphasizing 4 main areas of
spiritual development: Membership, Maturity, Ministry,
and Mission. Our desire is to provide discipleship
opportunities for people at every stage in their
spiritual journey.
Sunday Night Discipleship
Sunday night discipleship occurs in 3 sessions per year.
Each session is comprised of 3 to 4 adult classes offering a variety of Bible studies and Life Issues classes such as financial management, parenting, and marriage. Each evening begins with 60 minutes of corporate worship followed by Bible study. Sunday night sessions run in January - February, April - May, and September - October from 6 - 8 pm.
Wednesday Night Adult Bible Study
This group is open to anyone looking for an opportunity
to meet new people, have fun, and grow in their walk
with God. A variety of Biblical topics are covered
throughout the year, including Biblical perspectives on
current cultural issues. This group meets year-round
from 7 - 8:15 pm.
