Discipleship

Here at the Mount we believe in building people, not just ministries. Our Adult Discipleship is based on 4 Stages of Spiritual Growth:

Membership – A personal and accountable relationship with Christ and the body of believers at the Mount.

Maturity – Developing the basic disciplines, values, and character of a true disciple in pursuit of life long spiritual growth.

Ministry – Discovering and developing one’s unique God-given gifts and calling.

Mission – Investing in the global mission of Christ and the Church.

In order to provide intentional growth in the life of every believer, we offer 4 “Disciples Weekends” per year that include a dinner (fellowship),

worship, prayer and powerful Bible studies for each Spiritual Growth Stage.

Wednesday Night Adult Bible Study

This group is open to anyone looking for an opportunity to meet new people, have fun, and grow in their walk with God. A variety of Biblical topics are covered throughout the year, including Biblical perspectives on current cultural issues. This group meets year-round from 7 - 8:15 pm in the Sanctuary.
